About Purchasing a Service

- Submit Payment Info: Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover.
- Review & Complete: Correct any mistakes and confirm the purchase.
Upon your purchase confirmation, the Pro has 5 days to approve or deny your request. Once approved, the Pro will complete the Critique within the Turnaround Time posted above. If your request is denied, or your critique is not delivered within the turnaround time, the full amount of your credit card purchase will be reversed.
The Pro will complete the job in the form of a written report. You’ll be notified when it is ready and can view it by clicking My Account > Services Purchased.
